During a performance at the LDLC Arena Dessins in Lyon, singer Lady Gaga dedicated one of her songs, "The Edge of Glory," to those killed in the terrorist attacks carried out at six locations in Paris 10 years ago.
Sophie Parra, a resident of Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon who was the victim of the Paris attacks in 2015, attended the commemoration in front of the Bataclan on Thursday, where she was hit by two bullets ten years ago.
From the Stade de France to the Bataclan, anonymous and official, paid tribute on Thursday to the 132 deaths in the attacks of 2015. Place de la République, a ceremony gathered the Parisians until late in the night.
In France, with minutes of silence, bells and wreaths, the victims of the Islamist attacks of 13 November 2015 were reminded. President Macron, his predecessor Hollande and numerous members of the government participated in memorial events at the sites of the attack - first at the Stade de France, then at the affected bars and restaurants and at the Bataclan concert hall.
Ten years ago, Islamist terrorists in Paris had murdered 130 people, wounded hundreds. On the anniversary of the attacks, President Macron called for vigilance and warned against a strengthening of jihadism.
France remembers this Thursday at 132 p.m. of the jihadist attacks on terraces, bars and a Par s concert hall.
