The Supreme Court has rejected the lawsuit that the former judge of the National High Court Manuel García Castellón filed against the secretary general of Podemos, Ione Belarra, on the understanding that the strong criticism he directed against the magistrate did not make them in the exercise of his office, but through two messages in his account of social network X (formerly Twitter), on the occasion of the retirement of the judge.
