The Ministry of the Interior will urgently prepare amendments to the Act on Restricting the Acquisition of Real Estate, which would remove the right to purchase real estate in Estonia from Russian and Belarusian citizens who do not have a long-term residence permit in Estonia and from companies of which they are the actual beneficiaries.
