Presidential decree 461/2025 dissolved the National Road Traffic Directorate, the National Traffic and Road Safety Commission, and the National Road Safety Agency. Although it is suspended for six months by the Justice, the union claims that there is no other area of the state that deals with the matter.
The Sindicato de Trabajadores Viales y Afines requested Congress to repeal Decree 461/25, which promoted the dissolution of three state bodies linked to road infrastructure. The government has already appealed for the precautionary measure that stopped its application for six months. Read more
