The representatives of STV point out that the Transport Company of the City of Volunteers is not due to the financial situation of STB SA. STV activity was designed as an additional service to STB SA provided, having the role to serve localities in the Ilfov trial and traces that could not be operated by STB. The functioning of these lines is based on the Urban Mobility Plan Bucharest–Ilfov 2016-2030, carried out with the BERD support.
