The man slept, ate and drank for thousands of kronor at the Best Western in Ljungby. But when it was time to pay for the stay, he dodged the bill – and is now suspected of fraud. – He said he wanted to invoice us through his company, but when we searched for it, it had not been active since 2022, says an employee at the hotel.
