London's richest residents are leaving. According to the annual Sunday Times Rich List, the number of billionaires in Britain has fallen by nine in a single year to 156. The number of the wealthiest people on the islands has fallen for the third year in a row. Britain is becoming less attractive to them, partly due to Brexit, but also due to tax changes introduced by the current government.
