The rule states that tariffs on clothing and footwear are increased from 35 per cent to 20 per cent; on fabrics from 26 per cent to 18 per cent; and on different types of yarn from 18 per cent to 12 per cent to 16 per cent, returning to the pre-2007 scheme.
