In a solemn act this Saturday morning, the National Police Academy (Anapol) paid tribute to the four police officers who lost their lives in the performance of duty during the unlocking operations. Three of the uniforms were killed in Llallagua, Potosí, and the fourth in the area of Confital, in Cochabamba.
The event was led by the general commander of the Bolivian Police, General Augusto Russo, who expressed his solidarity with the families of the fallen and highlighted the courage of the public servants who offered their lives in defense of the order and security of the country.
“The sacrifice of agents killed by terrorism is an inseparable part of Spain’s democratic history and its memory must always illuminate our path,” said the government delegate.
