The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has taken an initiative aimed at restricting cash transactions. Under the draft bill, banks will be obliged to refuse to deposit cash in accounts or deposits through ATMs if the total amount of such replenishments exceeds a million roubles in one calendar month.
