At today's session, implementing regulations were adopted regarding anti-crisis measures in the current energy crisis.
The government has called on gas balance group holders to conclude agreements on the purchase and storage of natural gas to ensure sufficient supplies by November 1. In addition, it has obliged electricity and gas suppliers to obtain its consent before any price increase for certain groups of consumers.

The Government is taking steps to ensure the filling of national natural gas reserves throughout the year. In line with the path marked by the European Union, the Executive establishes new requirements for gas injection into warehouses, combining stricter obligations for energy and facilities to achieve it in a year marked by volatility and uncertainty due to the energy convulsion caused by the war in the Middle East.
