The Fate of the Compulsory Restructuring of Leszek Czarnecki's Bank Is Hanging in the Balance

In Warsaw, the Supreme Administrative Court is holding a closed-door hearing on the compulsory restructuring of Idea Bank, related to the GetBack scandal, among other things. If a verdict is reached, it may also affect the affairs of Getin Bank. There is a lot of money at stake, namely potential compensation.
