As part of the investigation, it became clear that the business's recording system was not made available to investigators, and the DVR that was supposed to contain the recording of the event had disappeared. Following the findings, a hearing was held for the business owner by the Eilat Police Station's AGM officer, Chief of Staff Shefi. At the end of the hearing, an administrative closure order was issued for 30 days.
