The deployment of the public access charging infrastructure in Spain maintains a steady growth but shows clear signs of deceleration. According to data from the Electromobility Barometer published by ANFAC, the national network has reached 58,075 public charging points after adding 1,393 new installations in the third quarter of 2026, representing a 2.5% advance over the previous period.
Our country is taking firm steps in terms of electrical mobility, but we are being resisted by the network of charging points that is still far from reaching its full potential.
