Businessman Alexander Monosov, who is suspected of bribing Maxim Parshin, former Deputy Finance Minister, in the amount of 3.75 million rubles, claims that he mixed up the folders when he went to the meeting and took with him the one containing the money to buy a Cartier bracelet for his wife, writes “Commerce”.
Former Deputy Finance Minister Parshin was asked for 13 years on charges of corruption
The prosecution requested 13 years in prison and a fine of 315 million rubles for Maxim Parshin, former Deputy Minister of Finance of Russia, reports TASS. He is accused of taking a bribe. The second defendant in the case, businessman Alexander Monosov, was required to spend 12 years in prison and a fine of 500 million rubles.
