Fisherman and community leader murdered in Guaynabo identified

Fisherman and community leader Ramón Ortiz Osorio, 61, who had been kidnapped last week in Loíza, was shot and killed at dawn on Easter Sunday in the Sonadora neighborhood of Guaynabo, according to police reports.

The body was also covered with a sheet.
