“We have made it very clear that threats like this will be taken seriously,” St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Randy Smith said in a statement.

A 19-year-old man has been arrested after threatening to kill as many people as possible at his former high school, the State Secretariat for Law Enforcement announced on its Facebook page on Saturday.

He demanded one billion forints from his school and 10 billion forints from the state.

The young man also wanted to execute politicians.
