Teen turns self in for Portsmouth shooting of 13-year-old

A teen has turned himself in to Portsmouth police for his role in the shooting and killing of 13-year-old Jahkari Davontae Corbett on Dec. 22. The teen has been charged with aggravated murder, six counts of robbery, shooting in a roadway and possession of a firearm as a minor, and is being held in custody.
