SOUTH MILWAUKEE, Wis. — South Milwaukee police arrested a 15-year-old boy in connection to the death of a woman he’s related to on Wednesday. 68-year-old Elizabeth Totsky was found unresponsive at a home near 17th Ave. and Oak St. around 2:15 p.m. on Aug. 27.
