34-year-old Felicia Sueanne Archer of the 6400 block of Da Lisa Road in Milton, was booked May 6 into Santa Rosa County Jail after video surveillance showed her spit into nacho cheese which was served to a female customer with whom she reportedly had “beef.” Archer was charged with a second-degree misdemeanor count of culpable negligence exposure to harm.
