Suspect in Roseville pot shop shooting held on $1 million bond

A 56-year-old Roseville man is being held on a $1 million cash bond after he was arraigned on charges of shooting someone outside of a cannabis dispensary reportedly after arguing over a parking spot. Abel Rivard was charged in 39th District Court on charges of assault with intent to murder, assault with a dangerous weapon, and two counts of felony firearm.
