Suns’ Jalen Green Leaves Game vs Clippers, Apparently Reaggravating His Hamstring Injury

On Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, Phoenix Suns guard Jalen Green left the Suns‑Clippers game at the Intuit Dome after reaggravating his hamstring, and the Suns confirmed he would not return.
Strained earlier in camp, Jalen Green initially injured his hamstring in training camp, aggravated during the Phoenix Suns' preseason trip to China, missing the Suns' first eight games.
Green started the game but checked out with 6:05 left in the first, then returned with 1:15 remaining before straining his leg and leaving as Suns staff helped him off.
Phoenix acquired Green from Houston in the seven-team megatrade that sent Kevin Durant to the Rockets last summer, and he made an immediate impact scoring 29 points in his Phoenix debut Thursday.
The Suns confirmed the injury was to Green's right hamstring; Green, the overall pick in the 2021 draft, started for the Suns at Intuit Dome.
