DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) - Crews are on the scene of a structure fire in Dorchester County Wednesday evening. The fire is at 517 W Butternut Road and as a result the traffic circle at W Butternut Road and Orangeburg Road is closed while crews work.
