Strasbourg: What is this gigantic scaffolding in court?

Over the past few days, a huge scaffolding has been held in Gisèle-Halimi Square, opposite the judicial court in Strasbourg. It will allow work to be carried out on the historic roof of the building, subject to numerous infiltrations of water, eight years after work that had already cost 34 million euros.
