More scattered storms Friday, and more flooding concerns

We are watching for a couple rounds of showers and storms to push into the WLKY viewing area through Saturday night.

Rain Chances Increasing Over The Upcoming Weekend

The heat continues to send our temps into the 90s and this will be the case through at least Sunday.  We’re expecting lower to mid 90s for highs with heat indices around 100.  Those scattered showers and t-storms will still be possible each afternoon but not everyone will benefit from them.  A better coverage in rain activity is expected late in the upcoming weekend and into early next week.
