The High Commission of India in Colombo has invited applications from eligible Sri Lankan students for undergraduate and diploma courses under the Self Financing Scheme for the academic year 2026‑27.  According to the Indian High Commission, the scheme excludes PIO/OCI card holders and NRIs.
