Spring Valley dredges Barto Landing
A crew from River Docks Inc. of Peru dredged the harbor at Barto Landing in Spring Valley. Earlier this month, the Spring Valley City Council approved a proposal for $150,000 to dredge Barto Landing. The city continues to pursue additional grant money to be reimbursed for the Barto Landing revitalization efforts.
