INDIANAPOLIS — A large group of spinners took over a parking lot near FOX59/CBS4's studios Saturday night. Around 10:59 p.m., the spinners gathered in a parking along Network Place, which located just steps from FOX59/CBS4. Dozens of trucks, sports cars and muscle vehicles were brought to the parking lot.
