Two commissioners, Michael Sarola and Tess Ulrey, have called a special meeting of the SJ City Commission, 12:30 pm Thursday at City Hall to discuss the paid parking issue. It’s a public meeting and will also be on Zoom, like all regular SJ Commission meetings. Special meetings are rare in SJ city Commission activity.
