Slovenian woman creates soundproof pet house

If you asked your pets where they would spend New Year's Eve, many would tell you - somewhere quiet. The noise of the celebration bothers many animals, which inspired two Slovenians to come up with a special innovation. They made a soundproof dog house for their dog. And the dogs' first assessment is: all four paws up.
