SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- A Sioux Falls man and woman are behind bars after stealing a vehicle Tuesday afternoon. According to Sioux Falls Police Sgt. SIOUX FALLS — Bishop O’Gorman schools entered a brief secure perimeter on Monday as a result of police activity nearby.
