SOUTH BEND, IN - A Silver Alert has been declared for a missing man from South Bend. The St. Joseph County Police Department is investigating the disappearance of 63-year-old Kenneth Johnson. He's descrribed as a 5'7" and 138 pound white male with, brown hair and brown eyes.
