The Singapore Airlines Group announced a fall of 58.8% in its net profit in the first quarter of 2025, which stood at 186 million dollars, or 266 million less than a year ago. This decrease is mainly due to a decrease in operating income, lower interest income due to lower rates and lower liquidity (-61 million), as well as to the taking into account of losses of associated companies, against profits recorded the previous year (-122 million).
