GRÄFENBERG, LKR. FORCHHEIM. On Tuesday afternoon, telephone scammers were successful again with the scam of the shock call. They got a 67-year-old to hand over cash and valuables to an unknown pick-up.

Fraudsters tried unsuccessfully in Grimma, Naunhof, Markkleeberg and in Leipzig to bring older people to their money. At least 13 times unknown people called mainly older citizens and faked a burglary series to the called.
