Four days after the arrest of César Alejandro Sepúlveda, alias “El Botox”, on Saturday, January 24, 2026, the first hearing of the criminal leader was held before the Attorney General’s Office (FGR). Reports indicate that, during this remote hearing, “El Botox” agreed to be leader of Los Blancos de Troya and to engage in extortion of lemons, butchers, transporters, among other workers in Michoacan.
