Seoul National University's Department of Russian Language and Literature Changes Name to Department of Russian and Eastern European Languages and Literature. The name change comes 43 years after the department was established. The Seoul National University Council, an internal representative body, deliberated and approved the proposal to change the name of the Department of Russian Language and Literature around the middle of last month.
