GREENUP COUNTY, Ky. (WOWK) - Kentucky's U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R) and Representative Thomas Massie (R) are speaking at a forum in Greenup County on Wednesday morning. The event is part of a series of community forums in which Paul and Massie will be participating on Wednesday and Thursday.
