Rouen - The state has committed itself financially to the plan to take over the Norman stationery Chapelle Darblay by the Fibre Excellence group, which would have run out with some 200 jobs without the support of the executive, was learned Saturday at the Ministry of Economy.
The state will inject €52 million into the plan to take over the Norman stationery Chapel Darblay by the Fibre Excellence group, which would have run out with some 200 jobs without executive support.
The take-over project is led by the Canadian Fibre Excellence and three former employees of the site and requires €274 million.
The State enters the capital of the Darblay Chapel stationery to the tune of 27 million euros to help take over the company of Grand-Couronne, closed five years ago. The CGT welcomes a victory, this Saturday 7 June.
