The take-over project is led by the Canadian Fibre Excellence and three former employees of the site and requires €274 million.

The State enters the capital of the Darblay Chapel stationery to the tune of 27 million euros to help take over the company of Grand-Couronne, closed five years ago. The CGT welcomes a victory, this Saturday 7 June.
