SEE Sees Need for More Intensive and Effective Control Measures Against Tobacco

The Spanish Society of Epidemiology (SEE) considers that the 'endgame' strategy of tobacco, which seeks the end of the tobacco epidemic and aims to reduce the percentage of smokers to less than 5 percent, has not worked and, in order to advance, proposes more intense and effective control measures, accompanied by a phase of dissemination and awareness of the population.
