On Tuesday, 14 April, the city of Utrecht, in the Netherlands, was the scene of a scene of a rare brutality. The attack occurred on Tuesday afternoon and left the victim with burns on different parts of the body, while hours later a suspect related to the case was arrested. The attack was recorded around 3:30 p.m. in a crowded area of the city; witnesses at the scene intervened immediately to extinguish the flames, managed to partially control the fire before the arrival of the emergency services.
