Unsafe outcomes from over-regulation

The Estonian Association of School Principals has rejected a draft regulation prepared by the Ministry of Education that sets out a number of new requirements for the learning environment. The school principals believe that schools should not be over-regulated, and they also ask who will pay for the changes.
