Scholarships awarded to high-performance BC athletes

Tijuana, April 16. The Institute of Sport and Physical Culture (Inde) began the award of scholarships to medallist athletes in National Olympiad and high-level. The event was held at the High Performance Center (CAR) in Tijuana and was attended by figures of Olympic stature.
