Just 10 years ago I referred in this space to the problems that caused that 2015 the arrival of sargaso to the coasts of Quintana Roo, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel and Holbox. It arrived in quantities as never before and in the best time of tourism. As it weighed thousands of tons, it was impossible to collect it offshore.
