A man has been arrested on lewd conduct charges after an incident involving two minors. 30-year-old Tristian Sirchia, of Saratoga Springs was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of public lewdness.

Saratoga Springs man accused of masturbating at home in full view of two underage girls

A 30-year-old man is accused of masturbating in public view in the window of his East Harrison Street home, which is right near Lake Avenue Elementary School. Saratoga Springs Police said officers on March 19 responded to a report of a man exposing himself to two underage girls. Tristian Sirchia, 30, was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of public lewdness.
