Sir Salman Rushdie has declared he is "over" the knife attack which almost killed him three years ago - insisting he just wants to move on with his life and stop talking about the horrifying incident which cost him an eye.
Salman Rushdie says he has overcome the knife attack that saw his attacker jailed for attempted murder.
