Russia has not allowed inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) access to a new dam that the Russians built near the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, the agency's director, Rafael Grossi, said today.
The MAGATE team continues to request access to the newly constructed dam, but has not yet been allowed to do so because of security problems.
