Ukraine says it killed Russian officer in Siberia using car bomb

Ukraine's Office of the Prosecutor General has opened criminal investigations against members of 'Obereg' for violations of the laws and customs of war.
The intelligence service stated that every war crime against Ukrainians would face 'just retribution'.
