The Russian Ministry of Defence has published images showing a map behind the head of the state Major General Valerie Gherasimov, which suggests Moscow's possible ambitions to destroy the Odesa and Harkov regions, reports Kyiv Independent.
Instead of taking part in negotiations at the end of the Ukraine war, Putin's Chief of Staff may have revealed the true territorial ambitions.

While Moscow has publicly insisted on full control of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, the map indicated possible plans extending to Odesa and Kharkiv, neither of which had been included in earlier demands.
The Russians have unveiled a map that may reveal plans for greater aggression against Ukraine. According to the Kyiv Independent, the Kremlin also intends to seize the territories of Odessa and Kharkiv, something previously unheard of. Seizing them would give Russia control over Ukraine's Black Sea coast, the website reports.
