Ongoing Ukrainian drone attacks on Russia’s energy infrastructure have reduced the country’s fuel exports to their lowest levels since the invasion of Ukraine, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.
Russian refineries in crisis: Russian oil product exports fall to lowest since early 2022Russian refined fuel exports fell to their lowest level since the start of the full-scale war, amounting to 1.88 million barrels per day in the first 10 days of October. This is due to strikes on refineries and the Ust-Luga export hub, which led to a drop in production below 5 million barrels per day.
Since the Ukrainian drone attacks on the energy infrastructure, gasoline and diesel have been scarcely banned and exports have been banned.
