Kosovo says its prime minister fell prey to a prank call by Russian comedians

A pair of Russian pranksters, notorious for spoofing influential leaders, have targeted Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, his office said on Wednesday, blaming the Kremlin for the attack.

One of them impersonated the Latvian president.

The office of Kosovo’s prime minister has acknowledged that Albin Kurti fell prey to a prank call from Russian comedians last month.

"Video joke (prank) with the Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti" is the name of a new video clip by Russian comedians, known for impersonating and inviting famous personalities around the world, including the leaders of many countries. Kurti was invited "on behalf" of the President of Latvia.
